During my 4-H and Agriculture Summer Internship, I created two posters to be displayed in the Dairy Barn at the Carver County Fair, in order to educate visitors about milking techniques and dairy cow diets.

In my spring 2015 Food Science class, we created and conducted our own experiment and put together a display representing the results.  To the right is a copy of our poster, examining the acceptability of various vegan fat substitutes compared to butter.

In my fall 2015 Sensory Evaluation Class, we designed our own sensory experiment.  The poster to the above is part of the presentation of the results of consumer comparison of Original, All Natural, and Lactose Free Ice cream.  We had access to a sensory lab with colored lights and a Compusense five system.  This poster was presented at a research day and hangs in the hallway of our Food Science Building.
